Dwayne Johnson’s back workout for ‘Hercules’ is kind of insane

In case you didn’t notice from the trailers, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is kind of ripped in the upcoming Hercules movie. So over the next few weeks as a part of the film’s promotion they are going to be releasing details on his workouts including back, shoulder, arms, and chest.
