Robin Williams is dead at age 63. While suicide has not been officially released as the cause of death yet, his publicist all but said it was the reason for this sudden turn of events.
“Robin Williams passed away this morning. He has been battling severe depression of late. This is a tragic and sudden loss. The family respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this very difficult time.”
A press release issued by the Marin County Coronor’s office also stated that the Sheriff’s office suspects the death to be “suicide due to asphyxia.”
Williams will be appearing in the third Night at the Museum movie this December. He was 63 years-old.
