I thought, since we just covered our 80 biggest crushes of the 1980’s, today in Throwback Thursday we’d see what one of our faves, Kathy Ireland, looks like and find out what she’s been up to lately. As you may know, Kathy Ireland was a fixture in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue for 13 consecutive years with her last issue coming in 1996 after being on three different covers. Since then, Kathy has been basically printing money as CEO and Chief Designer of her company kathy ireland Worldwide which is reported to be worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $2.0 billion. She has also written six books, three of them kid’s books, and has a portfolio of real estate in Hawaii and California. Despite having just turned 50 this year, you can clearly see from the pictures that follow that she still maintains many of the curves that made her famous and set her on this course of world domination.
