Welcome to the annual list of The World’s 50 Best Bars! These bars have it all: tasty and unique cocktails, eye-pleasing bars, outstanding bartenders, and world-class locales. The website titled “World’s 50 Best Bars” does an annual rundown of the world’s 50 best bars (If you couldn’t guess by the URL). To find the 50 best bars they utilized the valuable opinions from more than 500 drinking experts (Many of us are wondering if we qualify as a drinking expert) including bartenders, cocktail aficionados, and drinks writers from around the globe. The 2017 list of the 50 best bars in the world comes to us from 19 different countries, but the U.S. dominated the list by owning 13 total bars in the top 50. Second-runner-up was the U.K. with eight bars and Singapore came in third with six bars making the list.
The #1 bar was the American Bar, but it is actually not an American bar. This incredible watering hole is located in London inside the Savoy Hotel. England claimed the #2 spot with London’s Dandelyan bar. America finally represents with the #3 best bar in the world with the NoMad in New York City, which is supported by chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara. Atlas bar is the highest new entry and it comes to us from Singapore.
