There are plenty of perks to being filthy rich, but one of the best parts of having more money than most people could ever spend in a lifetime is being able to get away with things that would be considered insane if a normal person did them. If you need proof, you don’t need to look any further than Diddy (aka Sean Combs aka Puff Daddy aka P. Diddy aka Diddy aka Swag).
Most people who go through that many name changes would be labeled schizophrenic, but Diddy— who recently said he wants to buy the NFL— has gotten away with changing his moniker multiple times over the course of his career. Much like sharks have to keep swimming to avoid dying, it appears he can’t survive without changing his name every few years.
On Saturday, Diddy hopped on Instagram to let the world know he decided to switch things up once again. The 48-year-old celebrated his birthday by announcing he wants to be referred to as Brother Love (or “Love” for short) going forward.
