Doctor Mikhail Varshavski, who was named as People magazine’s “sexiest doctor alive” in 2016, is being called out for “hypocrisy” after he was reportedly busted partying without wearing a face mask and not practicing proper social distancing. Varshavski previously lectured people about wearing face coverings and social distancing.

Varshavski, known as “Dr. Mike,” wanted to celebrate his 31st birthday earlier this month, so he allegedly traveled from New York to Florida. The Daily Mail surfaced photos and videos of Varshavski reportedly partying with at least 15 people on a boat in Miami. Dr. Mike, who has over 4 million Instagram followers, is purportedly seen cuddling up to several bikini-clad women, including giving one woman a massage.

Dr. Mike has preached to everyone about wearing a face mask, as seen HERE and HERE. When asked if it was safe to host a small party with proper social distancing, Dr. Mike said it was a “hard no.”

In July, Varshavski told went on Fox Business and told cable TV news host Maria Bartiromo, “Wearing a mask decreases the spread of this virus and that is of utmost importance for people’s health and the health of our economy.”

“So please, if you’re going outside in public and are going to be around other people, wear a mask,” Doctor Mike said. “It doesn’t matter if it’s silk, cotton or surgical grade. The purpose of the mask is to limit the respiratory droplets that you put out into the environment. By wearing a mask, you are essentially limiting the spread to the community. So, if you see someone wearing a mask, you should really be thanking them.”

On Twitter, Dr. Mike hinted that a mask mandate might be necessary.

Varshavski interviewed Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, for Dr. Mike’s YouTube channel that has 6.5 million subscribers. The two discussed the importance of social distancing, wearing face masks, and how younger Americans should be careful about spreading coronavirus.

“Social distancing is incredibly important. That’s how we control the spread of this virus,” Varshavski told Fauci.

Varshavski has yet to respond to the accusations that he completely broke all of his own rules about COVID-19 that he preached for months.

In 2016, Dr. Mike dated then-Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach, which some named the twosome as the “world’s hottest couple.”
