Aisha Tyler is the host of the modern reboot of Whose Line Is It Anyway, an improv comedy show featuring Wayne Brady and Colin Mochrie, it’s also one of the funniest shows to ever grace our television sets. You bros also know Aisha Tyler as the voice of ‘Lana Kane’ from Archer, so if you don’t recognize her face it’s okay because you’ll most certainly recognize her voice.
As the host of Whose Line Is It Anyway Aisha Tyler’s duties mostly consist of reading improv prompts for the cast members and having them act out those prompts, then giving them a score and/or declaring winners of the various bits. It’s very rare that she’s actually in the mix herself, but on a recent episode the prompt was ‘Songs From The Musical “Aisha”‘, so the improv actors were supposed to come up with songs about Aisha Tyler on the spot. What ensued was a roasting unlike anything she’s likely experienced before, and it was one of the funniest 2 minutes in TV history.
