Bill Pullman’s famous speech from Independence Day gives me chills every damn time. Well, except this time because some inhumane animal decided to have Gilbert Gottfried and his merciless voice reread Pullman’s famous Independence Day speech and then dub it over the footage of the original. It’s quite a lot to endure, torturous even, which is why I will never listen to it again, but if the US is still into torturing terrorists with music and such, they should give this a go on repeat.
As much as I hated this, AND I DID, I almost lost it during the part where Pullman does a double take and repeats “mankind.”
