Chumlee From ‘Pawn Stars’ Was Having A Bad Week And It Just Got MUCH Worse

Austin Russell, better known as Chumlee on the reality series Pawn Stars, is in some deep dung. The TV star was being investigated for sexual assault claims. When cops searched his home as part of the investigation, they found a lot more than just old World War II artifacts.

Authorities reportedly found marijuana, methamphetamines and a weapon at the 33-year-old’s residence in Henderson, Nev., TMZ reported.

He was booked into Clark County Detention Center for the two charges and is being held on a $62,000 bail.

If he can’t make bail, he’s going to have to pawn some stuff. Hopefully he knows a guy.

Pawn Stars, on the air since 2009, chronicles the daily life at the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, a family pawn shop business opened in 1989 in Las Vegas. Chumlee, one of the breakout stars of the show, was on a hot streak these past couple years thanks to the success of the show. Because of his increased celebrity, Chumlee lost 75 pounds. He also had another motive — fear.  Russell told to the Review Journal that he “had sworn off junk food and now sticks to a well-balanced diet.”

“My dad died from pancreatic cancer at 54, two weeks before the show aired,” he said in the interview. “I’m making sure I’m eating my vegetables and staying away from the red meat.”
