File this one under “Shit I Did Not Expect To Write About When I Woke Up This Morning.” TMZ has video of a bizarre physical altercation between Nic Cage and Vince Neil in Las Vegas after the Mötley Crüe singer allegedly attacked a woman.
At approximately 5 p.m. on Thursday, a woman approached Cage and asked for an autograph at the Aria Hotel. Law enforcement claims that Vince got upset, grabbed her by the hair from behind and yanked her to the ground. Video doesn’t show that particular interaction, but does show the aftermath where Nic is fighting with Vince and yelling “Stop this shit now!” at him. It is followed by the actor physically trying to escort Neil into a car outside the hotel.
Cops say that Vince was cited for battery, but not taken to the police station.
Neil should probably steer clear of Las Vegas. He was charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct after confronting an ex-girlfriend named Alicia Jacobs during a Hal Sparks show at the Las Vegas Hilton in 2011.
This was no honeymoon in Vegas. Good to see that Nic can still kick-ass, but didn’t let his rage take over. Cage was gone in 60 seconds, they both should be leaving Las Vegas, maybe on a flight to the city of angels.
Maybe Nic should have used one of his weird movie lines to strike fear and confusion in Vince.
