A ‘Full House’ Spinoff Series Is Happening (UPDATE)

According to the Inquisitr:

“Last month I was asked by ABC and [Warner Bros.] to write a new show for the Full House characters. Everyone I’ve spoken with were very open to the idea [of returning].”

The sequel series of Full House is said to be featured around D.J. (Candace Cameron Bure) and Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and their life as adults. We’re sure by now the two sisters have a bunch of kids, and a full house of their own if they’re keeping the format of an extended family living under the same roof.

Although it’s highly unlikely that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen will be reprising their role as Michelle, the youngest Tanner daughter, the Full House sequel series may still come with its own fan favorites. According to Franklin, Uncle Jesse, Danny, Joey, and Rebecca are likely to return in some shape, or form.

No Olsen twins is the right decision. At this point, they both look so battered and weathered by life, no one would believe they are younger than DJ and Steph.

Sad, SAD Update: According to our friends at Hypervocal the spinoff is apparently a hoax.
