The ‘Honest Trailers’ series from Screen Junkies is one of my favorite things on the internet. The YouTube channel routinely takes popular movies and tears them to shreds through a revamped, mocking trailer. I think we’ve posted about a hundred of them here.
But this honest trailer for The Little Mermaid is my favorite. Why? Because they parody all of the popular songs from it, while also skewering the absurd premise that a 15-year-old girl’s life goal should be to fuck a hot prince.
