Josh Hutcherson, as we all very well know, is Jennifer Lawrence’s co-star in The Hunger Games, so naturally he had some thoughts on J-Law’s appearance in The Fappening when the subject was brought up in a recent interview.
“Actually I haven’t talked to her but I just think all that stuff is so ridiculous,” the actor says of the set of nude celebrity photos which leaked over Labour Day weekend. “We’re people too man, we just want to live, we want to be normal people, it’s not fair.”
Hutcherson, who has been acting since he was 9-years-old, provided insight into how Lawrence might be dealing with the scandal and elaborates on the loss of privacy that comes with fame. “It’s something you obviously don’t want to happen to you and its really unfortunate that it happens but, I don’t know, I hate the way the world sort of views those sorts of issues,” he explains. “I think everyone has their own way of getting through it… It’s really truly not fair.”
(Me, if I was conducting this interview): But did you check out the pics, Josh? You’re a guy, 21 years-old, and hey, it WAS Jennifer Lawrence naked, so it wouldn’t be all that big of a shock. So tell us, Josh, didja?
“We are actors, we didn’t get into this because we wanted scandal. We want to live our lives and be actors.”
Okay fine, don’t answer. (Bro totally had to have checked them out, right? I mean, c’mon.)
