These Are The Key Events From ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season Five That Will Determine The Rest Of The Series

WARNING: THE ABOVE VIDEO CONTAINS SPOILERS

Last season of Game of Thrones may have sucked dick in comparison to the previous four seasons (okay, “sucked dick” might be an exaggeration, but you admit it wasn’t nearly as good), but my theory on that is because they had to somehow remain semi-faithful to the books, lay groundwork for shit to go down in season six AND start to deal with plot lines that had already surpassed where they were in the books. Can’t do all of that in one season and not break a few eggs while you’re at it.

At the very least, they managed to fit in five key events that’ll determine the rest of the series. Take Maggy the Frog’s prophecy, for example – that shit’s gonna come true, but whether it’s (SPOILER) Jaime or Tyrion who kills Cersei is still up in the air. Maybe we’ll find out during season six, maybe we won’t – but either way, shit is guaranteed to go down.
