“Lindsay Lohan is suing the makers of the “Grand Theft Auto” video games. The actress says the latest installment used her image and created a character based on her without her permission.
Lohan’s lawsuit was filed Wednesday in a Manhattan court. “Grand Theft Auto V” game maker Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. and subsidiary Rockstar Games declined to comment…
Lohan’s suit says a character named Lacey Jonas is an ‘unequivocal’ reference to the ‘Mean Girls’ and ‘Freaky Friday’ star.”

Yeah, I’m not quite seeing it. The mission involving Lacey in Grand Theft Auto is one where you’re supposed to transport here around and avoid paparazzi, and while the entire time she sounds like a ditzy twat it’s not exactly screaming “Lindsay Lohan” to me. You could say it’s Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian -100 lbs with blonde hair, or even a cracked out Olsen Twin.
