Look, I know there’s a bunch of people out there who are pissed that Terminator: Genisys is PG-13. I am too. I don’t really care about adding violence and a slew of F-bombs to movies, but would I rather sit in a theater full of silent adults and watch a movie as opposed to a theater full of shithead 14-year-olds who won’t shut the fuck up and start talking whenever something explodes? Obviously. I saw Jurassic World opening weekend and some moron of a parent brought her 8-year-old and 10-year-old lookin’ kids to see it with her. The smaller one started crying halfway through because it was too scary and the other one wouldn’t shut the fuck up trying to make jokes that weren’t funny throughout the whole film. Eventually they left, but what kind of fool brings their kids to that movie? Trashy parents FTW.
So hopefully I/we/you/everyone won’t have to sit through that kind of shitty experience when Terminator: Genisys comes out and we can all enjoy what’s basically an entire movie dedicated to watching Old Arnold Schwarzenegger beat up Young Arnold Schwarzenegger while Daenerys Targaryen shoots at stuff in the background. Get hype.
