‘South Park’ Will Address The National Anthem Controversy This Week During The Show’s 20th Season Premiere

This Wednesday, South Park will return to our lives for it’s historic 20th season. It’s hard to imagine that Trey Parker and Matt Stone will ever be able to top last season’s hilarious season-long serial involving PC Principle and Caitlyn Jenner. We finally have our first snippet of info about this week’s premiere episode. It’s called “Member Berries” and it will presumably bring the South Park squad out swinging with biting commentary about the most divisive issue currently in the national conversation:

Mr. Garrison is still on the campaign trail as the National Anthem gets a reboot by an American Icon.

Best of all, it appears to be a Randy Mash-focused show based on the snippet above. As a Randy Marsh fan interpreting the synopsis above…
