‘Thank You For Your Service’ Trailer Features Miles Teller Battling The Harsh Realities Of A Veteran With PTSD

There’s no shortage of movies about the personal hell of returning home from war with PTSD. Man DownBorn On The Fourth Of July, An Act Of War, BrothersThe Invisible War, etc. Now David Finkel’s 2013 wartime memoir “Thank You For Your Service” is making it to screen with an adaptation from DreamWorks. It stars Miles Teller, who narrates the tale coming back home and battling his inner demons. Here’s the logline:

DreamWorks Pictures’ Thank You for Your Service follows a group of U.S. soldiers returning from Iraq who struggle to integrate back into family and civilian life, while living with the memory of a war that threatens to destroy them long after they’ve left the battlefield.
