We are only eight days away from the release of Rogue One, so that means many people have Star Wars on the mind, even Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice director Zack Snyder. The director happens to be a huge fan of Star Wars and at one time was even rumored to direct a new Star Wars movie. While he was passed over, he has made his own trailer for a Star Wars movie that stars Batman and Superman.
It’s not every day that a fan-made mashup Star Wars trailer comes from a big time Hollywood director and he does pretty darn good. The title of his trailer is called Justice League Star Wars Trailer: Dark Side Knight Vs. Super Jedi.
“In anticipation of Rogue One, I wanted to share a little Star Wars fan film I made after JJ [Abrams] released his Hunka Junk mash-up… long overdue,” Snyder wrote.
Henry Cavill’s Superman is a Jedi and Ben Affleck’s Batman is a member of the Dark Side.
Hopefully for Batman’s sake, his lightsaber is made out of kryptonite.
