20 Lessons Millenials Can Learn from Bob Marley Inspirational Quotes

Today is the  birthday of Robert Nesta Marley, one of the most iconic musicians on the planet. If that bitch called cancer wouldn’t have taken him in 1981, he’d be 69 tonight. In order to celebrate Bob Marley’s amazing life as an advocate for peace and change, I put together a list of motivational quotes so that millenials — the world’s most entitled, narcissistic generation — can emancipate themselves from mental slavery about what Bob Marley stood for, besides, you know, just smoking weed or whatever. So relax, throw on Kaya and wake up and live:

Pay attention to the world around you…

Only you can educate you.

Everyone has a different experience. Appreciate the beauty of something for what it is.

Amazing girls are worth it.

Relationships are weird.

Don’t be a fucking tease.

Don’t judge people.

Music is awesome.

No rain, no rainbows.

Have a reason to wake up in the morning.

No matter how much you achieve, always be yourself.

Money doesn’t buy happiness.

Help people.

What you do is more important that what you have.

Marijuana brings people together in good ways; booze can bring people together in bad ways.

Strength comes when you least expect it.

Richness is having real friends, not material possessions.

It’s a jungle out there. Fight to stay on your feet.

Always strive to make the world a better place.
