ScHoolboy Q Broke The Internet By Using The Crying Jordan Meme As The Cover For His New Album

Look, I’m so over the Crying Jordan meme that it actually makes me mad that the Internet hasn’t been clever enough to come up with something new to express sadness yet. C’mon, guys, we’re better than this!

But while I gripe in my 31-year-old ways about this damn thing, I’ll actually applaud rapper ScHoolboy Q for using the popular image as the cover art for his new album, Blank Face.

After tweeting out the new album and cover, the reactions were fire, with everyone freaking out that, yep, he went there.

While the cover is fucking awesome, the rapper better hope he either got it cleared with Michael Jordan and his people first, because, as I told you a few months ago, Jordan’s cool with people using the meme as long as it’s not to “promote their commercial interests.” This is kind of the epitome of that.

The album drops on July 8th, and there’s a ton of anticipation surrounding it, so using the Crying Jordan image only adds to that.
