During the ‘1989’ tour stop in Seattle, Taylor Swift‘s current tour named in homage for the year that the USSR pulled out of Afghanistan, New Jersey rapper Fetty Wap took the stage with Taylor to perform ‘Trap Queen’, his hit that’s just too legit to quit. Nothing about the performance was particularly noteworthy aside from Taylor Swift’s body walking up and down that stage catwalk….That said, this duet has certainly given ‘Trap Queen’ second life as the song’s popularity begins to decline:
It’s already dominated playlists and airwaves for a year now, but with Queen T injecting new life into the song you have to wonder if the ‘Trap Queen‘ hype will ever end.
Had this video come out somewhere between 6 to 12 months ago it might have actually broken the Internet, but as of today it almost seems like a last minute hail mary by the Fetty Wap camp to keep his hit song relevant.
