Orlando Bloom may be 40-years-old now (41 on January 13th), but bro’s fitness regimen, especially his upper body workout, is freaking intense.

Hard to believe Legolas is actually that old now, he certainly doesn’t look it, but when you’ve got his resources I suppose it isn’t that hard.

Then again, he’s definitely not been afraid to put in work to stay in such tip-top shape as these #WorkoutWednesday videos he shared over the past several months certainly prove.

Check this out. 100 pull-ups, 100 leg raises, 200 push-ups and 400 squats with King of the Pullups Jan Kares.

Bloom also shared awhile back that he was inspired by, guess who, The Rock, to ramp up his lifting.

“Inspired by @therock who takes his entire gym with him everywhere he films 👊🏻 respect ✊🏻 seems my biceps are basically the size of his index finger 🤣,” joked Bloom.

Bloom’s workout regimen is also nothing if not diverse, even putting in some pool work under the guidance of surfing legend Laird Hamilton…

Bloom also is smart about his diet…

Yep, he’s most definitely been putting in work.
