Rumored Specs Of Google’s Pixel 2 Unveiled And Concept Images Show A New Shape

Google Pixel jumped on the Android scene last October and immediately received much praise, even being called the best smartphone of 2016. The Google Pixel wowed the world with their impressive 12MP camera, which many critics declared it the best on the market. Now that Google has challenged the big boys such as Apple and Samsung, the question is now being asked is how will they improve the Pixel 2. One of the changes might be the shape of their flagship phone.

The current hot trend in smartphones is to go bezeless. The Samsung S8 and S8 Plus did away with their bezels and the upcoming iPhone 8 will likely do the same. Google’s Pixel will probably go the same route to increase the size of the screen while still keeping their phone the same size.

There are two concept illustrations depicting of what Google’s Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will look like. Graphic designer Muhsin M. Belaal Auckburaully drew up some images of what he thinks the Pixel 2 will look like.

You can see more images of the possible device on Auckburaully’s Behance page.

Benjamin Geskin, a designer and smartphone leaker, presented his Pixel 2 concept images.

There are also rumors of what the Google Pixel 2 will have inside to power the new handset. A benchmarking website revealed the expected specs of the upcoming Pixel. The rumored specifications for Pixel 2 include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC and 4GB RAM.
