Fortunately, there’s an app to help eliminate that exact awkwardness. It’s called Cover and it’s basically the Uber of paying for your food on a date while dining out. No asking for the check required. It’s as simple as a few taps before you start your meal. It’s currently available for use at all sorts of trendy date night restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn (including BroBible’s unofficial Soho HQs, Lure Fishbar and B&B Winepub).
