You Can Now Buy Rickie Fowler’s Hi-Top Golf Shoes, So What The Hell Are You Waiting For?

For all those fellow golfers out there who want to change up their look to something a little more less conservative and more fresh, Puma announced that its TitanTour Ignite Hi-Tops that Rickie Fowler wore at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions will now be available.

But, look at these things and tell me if you really want to be seen golfing in space boots.

The company said that a limited supply will be available for pre-ordering, with the kicks only coming in the black-and-white version at a price of $200.

According to Golf Digest, here’s what Fowler had to say about the inspiration behind the shoe:

Inspired in part by Keegan Bradley and Michelle Wie wearing high-top golf shoes last year, Fowler asked Puma for a similar style to wear in 2016. “I wanted my own take on [this look],” Fowler told Golf Digest in January. “It’s something fun, something to bring my personality into it.”

“I wear high-tops all the time for golf,” Fowler said. “The shoe guys at Puma on the golf side and the lifestyle side got together and did a great job of collaborating.”

I’m not a huge fan of high-tops on the golf course, but, who knows, maybe the secret to dropping my handicap is all in the shoes… just not these because they’re pretty fucking hideous.
