Chanel Leszczynski is, or at least was – not 100% sure about that anymore, the 21-year-old girlfriend of Montreal Canadiens forward Alex Galchenyuk. Long story short, last week she was arrested after showing up to a party being held by Galchenyuk following the Canadiens game against the Penguins and things reportedly went a little sideways.

According to reports, Galchenyuk hosted a co-ed gathering, including teammate Devante Smith-Pelley, following Montreal’s 3-1 loss on Friday night to Pittsburgh. Things took a chaotic turn once Chanel Leszczynski arrived and the couple got into an argument. Galchenyuk, who at 21 is six years Leszczynski’s junior, opted not to press charges.
“We received a call around 8 in the morning, but we’re not going any further than that,” police told the Montreal Gazette.

“Galchenyuk did a house party with some guys and ‘girls.’ His girlfriend showed up. She snapped real bad. People got scared and called the police.”
