Although Brandi Cyrus is technically Miley’s half sister from Tish Cyrus’ previous marriage that doesn’t mean that Brandi’s lacking in the looks department compared to her sister. In fact, if you miss Miley having long hair then Brandi is right up your alley. Brandi’s only 5 years older than Miley (putting Brandi at 27 and Miley at 22) but you can’t even tell – she’s just as gorgeous as her younger sister, if not more so.
