Back in March, the scalding Venezuelan Playboy model, whose real name is Dioshaily Rosfer Canales Gil, was performing an athletic pole dance when tragedy struck. While practicing her jaw-dropping routine, the 28-year-old stripper had an accident and one of her breast implants exploded. She had to have emergency surgery.
Only months later, fearless Diosa is back with newer, even better bolt-ons and sharing touching photos on her Instagram.
