It’s called orgasmic meditation and apparently it’s been around since 2001 and it’s supposed to help women improve their sex lives. I know having a stranger feeling up my privates would definitely improve my sex life, but I digress.
This sex trend involves, according to the Mirror, “group masturbation classes which promise ‘larger state of consciousness, improving intimacy in relationships and generally increasing your orgasm skills.'”
A typical orgasmic meditation session involves a woman undressing from the waist down while a practitioner strokes her clitoris for 15 minutes.
Before setting about the woman’s genitals, the tutor will describe them in great detail – noting the colour, texture and shape.
The group stroking is known as a ‘nest’.
They also report that there are over 10,000 practitioners of this orgasmic meditation in the world, many of them men apparently.
So is there like a course or some kind of degree you need to become a “practitioner?” Asking for a friend.
