The double-eye infection was simply too much for NBC Olympic host Bob Costas. This morning on the Today show he ceded his duties to Matt Lauer. Then he started drinking—heavily.
“I’m not really that much of a vodka guy, I’m looking at it this way though—my eyes can’t get any redder—no matter what I do. Alright? Down the hatch!”
