Comcast customer service puts guy on hold until closing time

Comcast continues to outdo itself with continuous customer service that’s a shade below horrific.

It’s a one horse race really. There isn’t another company worse than Comcast at customer service or just overall service for that matter.

A few weeks ago, there was this horrendous customer service experience where a Comcast employee almost jumped through a phone to beat a customer to death. Today, it’s this poor guy who was put on hold until customer service closed for the night.

Feel his pain along with him. It’s therapeutic in a way.

Sorry. That was far from therapeutic. I want to punch something now.
