Arnold is back in his first lead role since leaving politics. It looks good. If there’s one Hollywood trend that I’m excited about right now, it’s South Korean directors getting jobs here. That country’s film scene has produced some incredible talents in the last decade or so. Case in point: Kim Jee-Woon, who directed 2008’s awesome action epic The Good, The Bad & The Weird and 2010’s thriller I Saw The Devil is getting his first English-language shot with The Last Stand, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger as a small-town cop facing off against an insane Mexican drug kingpin and his band of mercenaries. Sounds awesome. The Last Stand opens on January 18, 2013.
