GWAR, the costumed satirical heavy metal band, has their own beer for this year’s GWAR-B-Q. The beer, contract brewed by Cigar City and originally called Impaled Ale, now has an uber-American commercial. Expectations are that the beer will be a one-time thing, so you might want to plan your next vacation around the GWAR-B-Q on August 17th in Richmond, Virginia. If this beer is in line with the rest of Cigar City’s brews, it’s not one to be missed.
