How to get hired by a brewery

Rogue Ales wins the prize for most fun interview process. Not only did candidates have to prove their technical skills, they also had to play skee-ball, master a Shake Weight, drink beer, and take a slide ride.

You know what would have gotten me? The chin up challenge. This seems like the sort of interview I’d dream up in college, which makes me like them even more. It’s perfectly appropriate for a place like Rogue, where culture and attitude are as important as the beer itself. Unfortunately, I looked through the job listings, and I’m not qualified for any of them. If you need a writer/social media guy, Rogue, you can find me doing the Insanity Workout to get fit for application.
