No, not Zombieland the movie. Zombieland the TV show. That’s not on TV. It’s on Amazon.com. OK? So Amazon.com, like tons of other Internet companies, is getting into the original programming game. It’s worked for Netflix so far, and their first outing had a pretty good pedigree: a series continuation of the excellent movie Zombieland. I was tentatively excited, until the trailer dropped. Holy crap, this thing looks bad. It’s like they talked to a kid who saw the movie, copied the catchphrases and turned it into a TBS sitcom or something. The entire pilot is up for free on Amazon Instant Video but after this trailer, my interest is somewhere near zero. What do you think?
