Intelligence reigned supreme when Molly took on the Diablo Burrito Challenge at Allan’s Mexican Restaurant in Portland. Everyone knows she can eat. We all saw that as she ate a 72 oz. steak like it was her job (because it is). The real problem could have been how hot the burrito was, but her quick ice bath took care of that. From there it was smooth sailing to a 3:25 finish, almost 5 minutes faster than the previous record.
