I’ll see any movie that exposes the underbelly of the American financial system as the rotting garbage that it is. One of my more anticipated flicks of this year is Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf Of Wall Street, an adaptation of the memoirs of Jordan Belfort, relentlessly scummy stock market trader who fleeced over $200 million from suckers. The dude was a player in the seedy world of penny stock boiler rooms and pump-and-dump operations, until the FBI caught up with him. The Wolf Of Wall Street stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Belfort and is rumored to be Scorsese’s longest film ever. We’ll see when it opens on December 25th.
