A bunch of whiny fun-hating Californians have filed a lawsuit against Huy Fong Foods to stop production of Sriracha. We’ve officially entered the first circle of hell.
Apparently the city of Irwindale isn’t a big fan of the byproducts from the production everyone’s favorite chili sauce.
City officials say residents have been complaining of burning eyes, irritated throats and headaches and that some people have had to leave their homes to escape the smell.
What’s wrong with a headache every morning? That’s called college. And my eyes have been burning since I was a kid due to inadequate tear production (over-manliness) so I’d give anything for some random eye watering.
The city wants Huy Fong to install better air filters. Huy Fong just wants to continue making chili sauce with a giant cock on the bottle. Hopefully the judge sides with the rooster, otherwise I’ll actually have a reason to shed some tears.
