Surströmming is a soured herring fish that is a native dish of the good people of Scandinavia. It’s salty and seemingly not at all delicious. Watching these Texas guys try to eat it is like a journey into a whole new world of suffering.
At least now I can cross “Watch guy who doesn’t know his own ethnicity vomit after eating Scandinavian fish food” off my bucket list. It was so high up there for literally years.
