Attempts to recapture the magic of The Silence Of The Lambs have all fallen flat (and I think you can probably include Fox’s The Following in that group, but this new NBC series might get it right. Mads Mikkelsen plays Dr. Hannibal Lecter before his days of killing start. Teamed with an empathetic FBI agent (Hugh Dancy) with a knack for profiling, the show’s about Lecter discovering his inner killer even as he’s helping to catch others. The teaser looks pretty stylish and Mikkelsen is an awesome actor. Hannibal premieres on April 4th.
