I’ve always been a ‘salt a half-an-hour before searing’ kind of guy with my steaks, but after watching, I’m convinced I need to change things up.
The Kung Pao made me salivate onto my keyboard, and the English Pub looks like an umami bomb.
But the best part is the noise each time the steaks get slapped and rubbed with marinade. Love it.
