You’re just trying to relax and get some golf, when out of nowhere a gigantic, prehistoric beast trudges in front of the 9th hole. You have no choice but to let this gargantuan alligator play through.
That’s what happened to Charles Helms while he was golfing with a friend. They witnessed the enormous alligator. He estimates this beast to be about 15-feet-long. The monstrous alligator traipsed though Buffalo Creek Golf Course in Florida disrupting everything.
“I was stunned and silent,” Helms told ABC Action News. ”I didn’t know if we were being punked or something…It was just laying down, resting, when it got up and started moving towards the big lake.”
Apparently this is the gigantic gator’s preferred golf course of choice.
“People have heard that he is out here and that is all they want to see so they will bring spectators to ride so somebody can get a picture,” pro shop clerk Wendy Schofield told News 3. “He doesn’t bother anybody and they don’t bother him, he’s like a mascot for the course, which is owned by Manatee County.”
Best not tee off and have your shot land on this colossal creature’s head and have your buddy declare that you must play the ball as it lies.
The scary mega alligator has gotten so big that he even received the Jurassic Park treatment.
