Bill Cosby Admitted To Drugging And Sexually Assaulting Teens During Deposition 10 Years Ago

Bill Cosby is set to attend a prelim hearing in Philadelphia today to determine whether or not he’ll stand trial in a decades-long sexual assault case that stems from numerous allegations that he drugged and had nonconsensual sex with women.

In preparation of that hearing, the Associated Press published a deposition of Cosby’s from 10 years ago where he admitted to sexually assaulting teenagers, specifically, Andrea Constand, who was one of the first women who went public with the allegations.

Andrea came to the house. I called her. … We talked about Temple University. We talked about her position. And then I went upstairs and I got three pills. I brought them down. They are the equivalent of one and a half. The reason why I gave them and offered them to Andrea, which she took after examining them, was because she was talking about stress.

I didn’t say it verbally, I said. The action is my hand on her midriff, which is skin. I’m not lifting any clothing up. This is, I don’t remember fully what it is, but it’s there and I can feel. I got her skin and it’s just above the hand and it’s just above where you can go under the pants. … I don’t hear her say anything. And I don’t feel her say anything. And so I continue and I go into the area that is somewhere between permission and rejection. I am not stopped.

That’s some truly disturbing stuff that Cosby admits to.

Cosby also recounted other alleged victims, describing a sexual encounter in 2000 with one of the “five or six” models that an agency would send his studio each week, per the AP.

Q: That you told her to sit next to you on the couch and that you put your arm around her and began massaging her shoulder and arms suggestively. Did that occur? … This occurred sometime after you met her parents.

A: I need clarification on time.

Q: She’s 17 and I believe throughout the time she knows you she becomes 18 or 19.

Q: On a later occasion you had her masturbate you with lotion. Did that ever happen?

A: Yes.

Q: (She) used the lotion to rub your penis and make you ejaculate?

A: Bingo.

The entire deposition from Cosby is both graphic and revealing, with the longtime actor also admitting to paying off some of the alleged victims to keep quiet in order for his wife to never find out. It will be interesting to see what happens as more details are released.
