Brazilian Politician Caught Watching ‘Very Obscene’ Porn During Parliament Meeting

A member of the Brazilian Parliament is under fire after he was caught watching hardcore porn during a session of Parliament. The video was said to have featured “women in obscene positions, very obscene”, and it was sent to him via WhatsApp, where the MP in question claims to participate in ~100 groups at a time. My only question is within the political arena what porn wouldn’t be considered ‘obscene’?

In the video below you can see Joao Rodrigues, a member of the Social Democratic Party in Brazil, checking the raunchy content on his phone alongside some other colleagues looking to check out some good ol’ fashioned porn.

So I full understand that by being in over 100 WhatsApp groups you’re going to see some things that could be perceived as inappropriate. But why after clicking on the porn video do you continue to watch, and share with friends? If you’re going to try and deny it down the road you at least need to cover your tracks at the point of contact. Here’s the video:

The Mirror UK reports:

An MP has been spotted watching porn on his mobile phone during a political reform debate in the Brazilian parliament.
Joao Rodrigues, a member of the ruling Social Democratic Party, was filmed watching a naughty video on his phone, hidden under his desk.
At times during the video he appears to share it with colleagues, who watch it over his shoulder.
A picture released in local media showed what was on Mr Rodrigues’ screen at the time, which were described as “women in obscene positions, very obscene”
Pictures show him watching the blue movie on his lap, while an invitation to attend mass at the headquarters of the Bishops of Brazil sat on his desk.
At the time of the incident, Brazil’s Chamber of Deputies was in full session debating and voting on electoral reform.
Rodrigues, on Facebook, said he received the smutty film through a group conversation on Whatsapp and was on the verge of deleting it.
“I participate in nearly a hundred groups on WhatsApp and during the day I search and separate the wheat from the chaff. What interests me I keep or forward and what doesn’t interest me, I delete. It was just what I was doing, erasing the rubbish,” he explained.
The legislator said that not only did he erase the filth, but also blocked the sender as the video annoyed him.

Congratulations Mr Rodrigues, you just became the FIRST MAN IN HISTORY to be annoyed by a porn video. At least you now have a claim to fame?
