Chris Brown Accused Of Punching A Female Model In Vegas Hotel Room

TMZ is reporting that Chris Brown is being investigated by authorities after a woman claimed that the singer punched her in the face. The alleged attack was said to have occurred at Brown’s suite at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas on early Saturday morning. The woman apparently snuck her cell phone into the private party without security finding it. When the woman took a photo of Brown he reportedly punched her in the right eye. The incident is said to have occurred at 10:20 a.m. The woman left the party and a called the police a few hours later, but was not taken to the hospital.

Law enforcement is currently investigating the situation, and a rep for the singer told TMZ that “the woman’s claims are “undeniably untrue.”

The 26-year-old entertainer performed in Las Vegas on New Year’s Day.

The alleged victim’s name is Liziane Gutierrez, she gave TMZ permission to publish her name. TMZ published a photo of the alleged victim’s swollen eye in the aftermath of the attack. She appears to glamour model based on the photos on her Instagram.

Brown has a lengthy history of run-ins with the law. You may have heard that Brown beat his then-girlfriend, Rihanna, back in 2009. He was arrested and pleaded guilty to assault for the domestic violence offense. On June 14, 2012, Drake and his entourage were involved in a physical altercation with Brown at the WIP nightclub in New York City, and eight people were injured including San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker who had to have surgery to remove glass from his eye. In January 2013, Brown allegedly punched and threatened to shoot Frank Ocean over a parking space, outside a recording studio in West Hollywood. In July 2013, Brown’s probation was revoked after he was involved in an alleged hit-and-run in Los Angeles. On October 27, 2013, Brown was arrested for felony assault in Washington, D.C. and broke a man’s nose for jumping into a photo with two women.

On October 30, 2013, Brown voluntarily entered rehab. The singer was expected to stay in the facility for 3 months, but less than a month later Brown was kicked out of the facility for “breaking program rules by acting violently.”

In February of 2015, Brown was denied entry to Canada due to his criminal history and was forced to cancel part of his tour.
