‘Holy Sh*t!’ – Diver Lucky To Be In Cage When Great White Shark Ferociously Attacks (VIDEO)

This man is lucky to have his hands still attached to his body after a great white shark came within inches of nearly chomping them off. Spencer Reilly from the U.S., was celebrating his honeymoon in South Africa when he almost lost his brand new wedding ring in the worst way imaginable.

Reilly was on a dive off the coast of Gansbaai, about 100 miles south-east of Cape Town. He was having a grand time when out of nowhere a breakneck man-eating missile nearly gnawed off his hand. The great white shark was a ferocious torpedo and slammed into the cage at a ridiculously high speed.

Reilly luckily pulls his hands away a millisecond before the deadly predator’s razor-sharp teeth crash into the bars of the cage.

“Holy shit!” he screams after coming so close to getting his hands bitten off.

“That should not have happened really, they don’t like the shark to get too close to the cage,” Reilly said “But there was low visibility and the shark came at the bait extremely fast.”

“It was not too scary because it happened so fast, and then it was pretty exhilarating,” Reilly said. His new wife wouldn’t have thought it was too exhilarating if he lost his wedding ring and less importantly his fingers in this precarious manner.
