RIP To Donald Trump’s Walk Of Fame Star Because Someone Murdered It With A Sledgehammer

Donald Trump’s Walk of Fame star was decimated early Wednesday morning by a man dressed in city construction worker garb armed with a sledgehammer and a pick-ax.

The man, who identified himself as Jamie Otis, told Deadline that his plan was to auction the star off to raise money for the 11 women who have accused Trump of sexually assaulting them in the past.

To peep the video of Otis destroying the star at 5:45 this morning, follow the link below:

As far as Jamie Otis is concerned, he won’t get away with this without getting stiffed by the big dick of the law. Vandalism in California is a “wobbler,” meaning that it can be filed as either a misdemeanor or a felony depending on the amount of damage. In Cali, vandalism is a misdemeanor unless the amount of damage is $400 or more.

In order to acquire a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, celebrities need to raise $30,000 to carry a sponsorship fee. Half goes to the Hollywood Historic Trust, which maintains the Walk of Fame. The rest funds the creation of the star itself, as well as security, photographers, and anything else related to the ceremony.

So ya, this dude may end up with tacking on a felony to his record. Which I’d venture a guess is not squeaky clean.
