Look at yourself. Now look at Russia’s Natalia Trukhina. Now look at yourself again. Do you feel inadequate? Small? Weak? You shouldn’t. Even though Trukhina can deadlift what probably amounts to 3 of you (529 lbs., assuming you’re not a hippo) and her bench press blows whatever measly weights you throw around out of the water (375 lbs.), you shouldn’t feel bad.As our very own Chris Illuminati put it:

Plus, she’s been training since she was 14 and, from the looks of it, probably takes a SHITLOAD of steroids. That’s not a substantiated claim in any way shape or form, mind you. I’m just guessing. I mean for fuck’s sakes look at her:
