We’ve achieved peak desperation for fame. A rapper shot himself in the face in a bold attempt to garner internet fame. I guess it worked since I’m writing about him and the video by the certifiably crazy individual has gone viral, racking up nearly 600,000 views on Facebook in only a few days.
Rapper Kasper Knight shared a video on his Facebook titled “Plot twist: I shot myself in the face,” which shows him putting a gun to his cheek and then pulling the trigger.
“Fuck, I don’t give a fuck about nothing anymore,” the rapper from New Haven, Indiana said while spitting out blood.
“Shit, I’m fucked up,” Knight says, “Whatever, fuck it. If I die, fuck it!”
Knight, who claims that he has “prior service military,” said this of his self-inflicted wound, “Anyway, this was really nothing. I’ve been shot a couple times before and this was like a 4 out of 10 on the pain scale after the initial impact.” Adding, “The last time that a bullet ricocheted through me/ it destroyed an organ and part of another.”
After bleeding profusely, the maniac seems to thrive on it and rubs the blood all over his head.
Some commenters are saying that he deserved this for filming his publicity stunt vertically.
In his message, the real reason is revealed why he knowingly and purposely shot himself in the face. “I’m answering all questions concerning my books, art gallery, and mediocre rap/ rock videos.”

Wouldn’t a bullet easily go into one cheek and out the other? And wouldn’t you shoot yourself outside to not shatter your car window and bloody up the interior of your car? He claims that he used a .9mm, but that gun would have done a lot more damage. Many believe that his “gun” is a starter pistol with an airsoft pellet or a blank. Not that it makes it a super idea to shoot yourself with any projectile, especially in your face.
But is the video as it seems? Immediately after he fires the gun, there appears to be a very tiny hole in his cheek, but that could easily be a dimple. I say that because you never see anything resembling a hole in his cheek the rest of the video. Then he says he swallowed the bullet. Weird, because you would think a hot slug would not only burn your tongue, but also scorch your throat as you gulped down that blistering chunk of metal. As far as the blood, it doesn’t appear that any liquid is in his mouth before the shooting, but he could easily have a blood capsule under his tongue and then chomp down on it for a bloody mess.
It appears that Kasper has experience in faking wounds with makeup.
People, please let your talents bring you fame and not sick publicity stunts because nobody will remember this psychopath’s idiotic attempts to meritlessly grab fame 24 hours from now.
